G.A.P. WaterGuard™ SA TileGuard Ultra is a polyester-reinforced, non-woven surfaced underlayment designed and manufactured for high-temperature applications under metal and tile roofs. SA TileGuard Ultra is approved for adhesive bonding of cement & clay tiles as well as mechanically attached applications. SA TileGuard Ultra is temperature resistant to 265°F, providing additional protection in metal roof assemblies. SA TileGuard Ultra underlayment can also be employed in a dual role as a flashing membrane, assist in protecting areas susceptible to leaks such as valleys, roof to wall transitions, and around vents and skylights.

Product Use:
G.A.P. Roofing WaterGuard™️ Self-Adhered TileGuard HT can be used for all clay and concrete tile roofing, especially for adhesive foam tile attachment applications. This 80 mil product meets the Florida High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements for Miami and Dade counties, and other coastal areas. The high-temperature bituminous SBS formulation offers greater performance, adhesion, conformity, and stability in high heat roofing applications. The poly split release liner makes this SA TileGuard HT easy to install and bonds to itself for easy installations and overlapping.
